– Handling full-cycle recruitment and selection process.
– Attracting talent on an international level.
– Identifying appropriate job boards, online tools and advertising opportunities to reach high calibre candidates.
– Preparing and posting jobs.
– Screening CVs, organizing and conducting phone and personal interviews with candidates, providing feedbacks.
– Participating in other HR processes and projects.
– University degree.
– Good knowledge of staff recruitment, adaptation, development and motivation.
– Fluent written and verbal English.
– Strong interpersonal communication skills.
– Goal-oriented, proactive and self-organized.
– Very comfortable with tech related recruitment and able to carry out accurate screening interviews.
– Experience of recruiting on an international level.
– Comfortable with the ambiguity and changing circumstances that comes with working in a growth company environment.
– Able to prioritize quickly and accurately in multitasking regime.
– Experience in trading would be a plus.
