Relationship Managers – Financial Technology
The Relationship Manager – role is based within financial technology.
The role of the Relationship Manager – is to acquire, retain and expand relationships with Brokers, Business Introducer’s and Fund Managers.
You will maximize profitably by identifying the customers’ technology need first and then recommend the appropriate Alpha solution.
You will provide dedicated relationship management with accountability for business developmental.

Your responsibilities will include:
Relationship Management by offering value-added technology and guidance to customers and placing their needs at the forefront of all that we do.
Growing sustainable revenues from existing customer portfolios and through targeted acquisition of quality new customers.
Building a network of Brokers, fund managers , traders, and business introducers.
Handle new leads and follow ups, retention
Ensuring service excellence at all times
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Experience working in relevant environment’s, i.e. Business or Corporate financial institutions
Past working experience in a relevant role, i.e. Relationship Management, financial technology, Partners department
A desire to find ways to continually improve the service delivered to customers
Excellent written and spoken communication skills; an ability to communicate with impact, ensuring complex information is articulated in a meaningful way to wide and varied audiences
Built effective networks across business areas, developing relationships based on mutual trust and encouraging others to do the same
Experience of making prompt and practical business decision, even in times of ambiguity, considering various perspectives and taking responsibility for outcomes
A comprehensive understanding of technology and relationship management
A track record of effectively handling complex sales, to meet the needs of demanding customers, in a fair and ethical way
English plus Arabic , Spanish, Chinese, Malay, Hindu, Italian, German, Polish is a plus
