Our client an Online Media/Marketing Company are looking to recruit a Russian speaking Accountant/Finance Administrator to work remotely (not office based). The succesful candidate will be employed on a consultancy basis until successfully completing the probation period.
Position: Accountant/Finance Administrator (Specialist in the Financial Department)
Type: remote work without employment (=freelance) or employment offer possible after probation period
Reporting directly to Chief Financial Officer
Basic knowledge of Company’s document turnover, including work with companies counterparties in relation to contracts, invoices and payments
Russian language is obligatory
Knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word
High attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent organizing abilities
Good with numbers and figures and an analytical acumen
Knowledge of payment systems (paypal, bank wires, webmoney etc) is a plus
Junior accountant experience is a plus but not required
Manage and oversee the daily operations including: posting, processing and tracking journal entries to ensure all business day-to-day transactions are recorded;
Issue invoices and arrange contracts signing on the side of the company;
Collaboration with sales managers and counterparties in order to collect and archive received invoices, agreements and other documents required for accounting;
Prepare and perform payments from various payment systems (bank, paypal, other payment etc).
