Our client, a well established CySec Regulated Financial Trading Company is looking to hire additional candidate to fill the position of Russian Back Office Specialist based at their offices here in Limassol.
The positions will be responsible for:
Active sales of company services through individual telephone consultations, work with warm bases (Brokerage services, Forex).
Work with both experienced and new traders
Opening of accounts, information support of clients, keeping the history of interaction with customers in CRM.
Preparation of presentations and commercial offers.
Achieving sales action plans and strategies
The successful candidates will have:
Must have experience working with customers, creating, maintaining and developing the customer base from 1 year.
Knowledge and experience in the financial sphere (Brokerage services, Forex) is a must.
Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Strong business sense and industry expertise, initiative, sociability, problem analysis and problem-solving, information management, formal presentation skills, persuasiveness, ability to work in a team, focus on the result, adaptability, decision-making, stress tolerance
Committed to continuous education in financial sphere
Fluency in Russian and English is a must

Requirements for a candidate:
Ready for hard work, responsible, ability to work with numbers and calculations, experience in performing reconciliations.
Work experience in similar role in back office in the investment company.
Knowledge of Russian and English languages
Good knowledge of PC: MS Outlook, Word, Excel
