These tools will be uncovered now for more opened and reliable relations between finance professionals and HNWIs.

The Position: Client Relations Manager within Client Relations Division is responsible for managing day-to-day activities.

Principal Accountabilities:

Day-to-day communication with institutional clients (largest Russian and International corporations, banks and NBFIs) about KYC, limits, agreements (brokerage, ISDA, GMRA, MPSA, etc.);
KYC of the clients (subscription and redemption agreement), KYC of the counterpartiesAML monitoring of the clientsHandling banks requests with regards to the company’s activitiesObtaining and / or review client documentation, exercising independent judgment in performing the KYC file reviews on ongoing basis;
Coordination of credit limits set up process;
Day-to-day negotiations with different departments of the Group; Interacting with other departments (Compliance and etc.) within clients’ service issues, agreements signing (ISDA, GMRA, MPSA etc.);
Handling of complex client requests with regards to investment opportunitiesParticipation in sales of Company product(s), attaining and retaining clientsPerform duties required within the scope of the business of the group

Key Competencies & Qualifications:

Good knowledge and experience in local/international products/procedures (Russia, Cyprus, UK etc.), DCM/ECM clients on boarding experience;University Degree in Banking, Finance, Economics or in a related field;
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in banking, with a local Bank in client relationship management & sales functions or similar positions in investment business companies
Strong knowledge of investment products and services;
Proven customer service and prospecting skills;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
The ability to explain complex information clearly and simply;
The ability to analyse and research information;Energetic, flexible with a positive attitude;
An honest and trustworthy manner;
Ability to take initiative and deliver results in a dynamic environment;
Attentive to detail;
Disciplined and self-motivated;

Fluent in both Russian and English;
Greek language is considered as an advantage.
