CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a leading and expanding provider of Corporate & Fiduciary Services, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Russian-Speaking Business Development Manager for their offices in Nicosia.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Presents and sells company products and services to HNW clients by arranging client meetings
  • Prepares presentations, proposals to promote new products to existing clients
  • Facilitate scheduled calls / meetings with clients to ensure servicing standards and expectations are met
  • Responsible for implementing and conducting all aspects of the business development sales process
  • Strives to meet sales objectives whilst displaying in depth knowledge of products and services
  • Attends conferences and seminars and keeps up with industry trends
  • Demonstrates in depth knowledge of all company services and products
  • Identifies opportunities for sales and liaising with relevant departments to close the sale
  • Identifies and communicates to Management any products, sales improvements or suggestions

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • ACCA / ACA qualification or Law Graduate
  • Fluent communication both written and spoken in English and Russian
  • 8 years of experience in the business development area, of which 5 years of experience are in sales of investments or fiduciary products to HNW clients, with a proven track record
  • Results oriented, able to work with targets according to plan
  • Planning and analytical skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Frequent travelling will be required
