Our client, a well established CySEC regulated investment firm is looking to add more members in their Customer Support team.

We are looking for a great communicator with passion for proving quality customer service, to become part of our clients team and add value to their dynamic team.

Job Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve all incoming support channels (support tickets, phone calls, live chat, ) 
  • Discern customer confusion from  issues of any nature
  • Communicate and propose resolution of key issues to the customer support lead
  • Address customers’ requests, problems, and suggestions
  • Analyze, categorize, and prioritize these requests
  • Be involved in the improvement of the company’s workflows through your feedback


  • Fluency in both Bulgarian and Russian
  • Previous experience in a similar position will be considered a great advantage
  • A quick mind
  • High standards that reflect your service-mindset
  • The ability to explain complex things easily
  • A reliable, structured way of working
