Our company deals with the sale and distribution of graphical and packaging grades of paper in the Middle East and Northern Africa. We work closely with some of the biggest paper mills in Asia and Europe to provide our customers with excellent service and support.
We are currently seeking to recruit the services of a Sales Assistant to join our team in aiding in the customer support operation of our business. The role will also include some administrative tasks, and potentially some travel abroad.
We are searching for someone that matches the following general criteria:
Fluency in English (both written and spoken) is imperative.
Knowledge of document handling (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, Vessel Certificates etc) would be seen as advantageous.
Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and plenty of initiative.
A hard-working individual who is willing to take on any new challenges, and learn new things.
Ability to follow instructions, and take direction.
First-rate knowledge of Microsoft Office; in particular word processing and spreadsheets, Microsoft Outlook and Internet Explorer.
A motivated individual who is not afraid of hard work, and who is able to multi-task.
