CareerFinders, on behalf of our client, a global organisation that operates in the Financial Services sector, we are seeking to recruit an experienced Sales Coordinator/Account Manager for their team in Limassol.Share To: Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Communicate effectively between Sales and Event, Accounting and Management teams
  • Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
  • Write and distribute emails
  • Provide Support to current client portfolio
  • Organize sales launches for various events
  • Act as liaison between local team and teams/partners abroad
  • Update managers by consolidating, analyzing, and forwarding daily action summaries
  • Provides sales vs. projection results by preparing and forwarding sales tracking reports
  • Maintains customer database by inputting customer profile and updates; preparing and distributing monthly reports
  • Grow client base by pro-active account building & handle effectively all incoming potential
  • Allocate incoming leads accordingly

Key Skills/Experience:

  • Proven Sales Experience
  • Experience in the Forex or Binary Industry
  • Marketing and / or Event experience is considered an advantage
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
  • Attention to detail, creative thinking and problem solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to multi-task
  • Skilled at working autonomously as well as in a team
  • Strong organisational and planning skills
  • Work well in time-sensitive situations
  • Proficiency in MS Office & CRM systems
  • Able to travel if/when required
