The ideal candidate must be able to motivate, develop and drive a sales team. This involves ensuring individual agent and team success through setting targets and continuous evaluation, constructive coaching and results-oriented motivation.
Sets regional as well as individual sales targets
Motivate team to achieve/surpass targets
Develop other channels, like IB’s (Introducing Brokers) for bringing in new customers
Collaborates with Marketing department to optimize lead funnel (get better ones, kill bad ones)
Collaborate with Marketing to create offers to customers to maximize results and increase conversion rates
Create workflow that maximizes results
Build/modify compensation plans to motivate salespeople
Recruit qualified salespeople.
Oversee training plan. Ensure ongoing training
Formulate sales policies, practices and procedures
Perform quality control on salespeople to ensure the accuracy of information provide and compliance with regulations
Develop budgets and monitor results taking corrective action as necessary
Work with other company-wide departments to resolve problems and discuss opportunities
The ideal candidate will have/be:
3+ years experience in managing a sales team, preferably in FX industry
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, coaching and development skills, superb customer service/sales skills, as well as analytical/problem solving skills
Aggressive, self-motivated personality
Fluent in spoken and written English
Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and PowerPoint Outlook proficient.
Ability to work under stress
Good organizational skills
