The successful candidate will join a dynamic team of professionals of the retail and institutional financial industry and will be responsible for the development of State of the art CRM solutions.
The successful candidate will have travelling opportunities given the chance to explore the Asian markets.
For the initial development phase, the engineer will have to relocate in Malaysia for 3-5 months to oversee the development of the system.
A combination of the following skills is required:
Consulting and programming experience in the field of CRM/ERP software packages
Experience in C++, C#, .Net, Python etc.
5+ years of working experience
Experience in database such as MSSQL, MySQL etc.
Working knowledge with cloud platforms and related technologies such as AWS, Azure as well as REST, JSON, XML and PHP.
Experience building and deploying web and mobile-web products in a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and multi-tenancy environment
Experience with Agile development (Scrum, XM or Kanban)
o Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git and Stash/Bitbucket Server.
o Strong communication skills
o Strong interpersonal skills
o Proven ability to lead projects of high complexity
o Fluency in English language
o Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, MBA, MIS or equivalent
o Knowledge in MT4 Trading platform will be considered a plus
Job Responsibilities :
o Engage in CRM project implementations with the role of Senior CRM Developer/Consultant.
o Follow structured business and technical analysis methodologies to extract requirements
o Drive business analysis, integration analysis, and other requirements gathering sessions based on industry’s best practices.
o Prepare agendas for analysis sessions
o Manage the hiring of personnel with the right skills for development and maintenance of the CRM system.
o Document requirements, process flows, business rules, technical diagrams, integration diagrams and other analysis sessions artifacts using standardized templates
o Model business solutions and participate in the preparation of design documentation and system prototype delivery
o Provide directions and share information with the development team in the delivery of client requirements
o Coordinate the preparation of training plans and testing plans for CRM projects
o Coordinate the delivery of training sessions to business users and administrators
o Engage in project management tasks for CRM project implementations
