Our client, a leading consulting, technology and outsourcing services firm, is seeking to recruit a Sales Officer. The purpose of the role is to achieve the overall revenue goal. In order to achieve this goal, the Sales Manager must create a complete territory business plan that generates 4x the quota in pipeline opportunity. The Sales Manager is responsible to identify and qualify opportunities, develop and drive strategy. It is expected that the Sales Manager be adept at creating and nurturing business relationships on their own while positioning the management team to assist.
Directly interact with customers and new prospects to position the value of The Company’s business user solutions and services
Assemble, prepare, and manage the Virtual Account Team (VAT) consisting of Solution Consultants, Project Managers, Strategic Partners and other relevant roles so that The Company’s business user solutions are well positioned in the account
Prospect new companies as potential customers of The Company’s solutions
Pursue professional and personal development to ensure adequate knowledge of the markets and industries The Company serves as well as the products and services The Company provides
Update on a timely basis CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline information
Timely and complete administrative tasks such as expense reports, etc.
The ideal candidate will have:
Bachelor degree required
MBA degree preferred
Fluent in Greek and English – both written and verbal
Experience in software sales
Experience working full cycle complex sales and presenting to multiple levels inside of clients preferred
The company is offering a salary of 1,500 – 2,000 Euros gross per month plus commissions, medical insurance and provident fund.
