One of our clients, a CySEC regulated company with offices in Limassol is looking for a Spanish Speaking Account Manager who will partner with and ensure the long-term success of our customers.

Account management responsibilities include developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of assigned customers. Accounts managers will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your customers
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Develop a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts and customers
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders
  • Forecast and track key account metrics
  • Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with sales teams to ensure growth
  • Assist with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed

Requirements

  • Proven account management or other relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Fluency in Spanish is a must-any additional languages will be considered an advantage

Job Responsibilities

  • Open new accounts and build a new clientele base
  • Maximizes all sales opportunities to ensure highest deposit obtainable
  • To know all the features and benefits of all products, services, promotions, bonuses, and trading systems offered to better sell to the client
  • Gains understanding of client needs before presenting relevant products/services
  • Attain full understanding of the company internal operating systems
  • To achieve all sales targets on a consistent basis outlined by the Head of Sales
  • Following up on leads for prospective clients
  • Fully understands and implements all Anti Money Laundering and Know Your Customer procedures
  • To ensure that all up-selling and cross-selling opportunities are capitalized upon
  • Provide direction and guidance to clients for using the Company’s trading system
  • Inputs detailed and accurate data and information in all internal systems
  • To develop a sound understanding of trading market conditions on a daily basis
  • Be proactive in self development regarding sales techniques and industry knowledge

Requirements

  • University/College Degree
  • Fluency in Spanish and English
  • I.T. Proficient
  • Experience in relevant field will be consider an advantage
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Full training will be given
