One of our clients, a Forex company with a uniquely dynamic and hard-working  team of individuals is looking to add to that team a new member. The right individual will be a Spanish speaker, not necessarily experienced in a similar position,  but should be hard working and with a positive attitude.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handling all inquiries of clients through phone, live chat or emails
  • Present the company’s products and services
  • Assist in solving clients’ issues in the best possible way
  • Informing the clients about company’s KYC procedures
  • Handling Clients complains and grievances

Requirements

  • Fluency in the Spanish Language
  • Very good knowledge of the English Language
  • Previous experience in a similar position is a must
  • Must be eligible to work in EU
