Our client, an Online Gaming Company, are looking to hire a VIP Account Manager for their offices here in Limassol.
Taking care by any means of VIP Customers queries in a timely and accurate manner.
To monitor the performance of clients and proactively target clients to increase performance.
To perform outbound sales calling to targeted groups of clients within their portfolio.
To monitor day-to-day activity of clients and contact them when needed to ensure they have a positive customer experience.
At least 1-3 years of experience in sales while providing a top quality customer service to clients.
Experience within the online gaming industry will be considered an advantage.
Fluency in one of the following languages: German, French,or English.
Excellent writing skills.
Ability to multi-task, self-manage their workload and work under pressure.
Proven telemarketing experience.
Service and Marketing minded.
Strives to meet targets and deadlines.
Shift rotation: 3x (9.00-18.00). (12.00-21.00) and (14.00-23.00), 7 days/week including weekends. Working schedule is 5 working days and 2 days off on rotation. No morning shifts after a night shift and employees can switch shifts between them

The client offers a salary between 1000-1500 euros gross per month based on skills, qualifications and experience plus benefits.
