The VP Sales will be responsible for the management of the Sales Department globally (Cyprus including their other offices in 4 – 5 other locations in Europe). There are currently 400 – 500 sales staff globally and 5 – 6 Sales Managers throughout these offices that will report directly to the VP of Global Sales. The VP of Global Sales will be travelling between all the offices within the group, so the role will be a high travel position. The successful candidate must be able to devise and implement the company’s sales strategy and set revenue targets for the company. He will presenting sales results to the board of Directors and must be able to keep a close eye on the sales activities of competitors and utilise ideas where appropriate. Also the successful candidate will working directly with members of the board for budgeting and planning. The VP Sales will report to the CEO of the Group based in Israel.
Previous experience as VP Sales or equivalent within fully regulated Forex Company is a must
Excellent English skills (near native English) are a must
Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire performance with sales teams
Proven track record of achieving sales growth and delivery of results to business plans
Experience in building new teams and offices and hiring sales teams from scratch would be ideal
Fully aware of industry trends
Ability to travel often
