Analyze the monthly and quarterly reports and summarize the conclusions to the management tea.
Assess the company’s standings in the various markets, and suggest ideas and solutions where needed to maintain and increase its market share
Keeping management aware of any developments that may affect the company’s performance.
Recruit, train, coach and monitor the sales team
Previous experience as a Head of Sales within the forex industry
Ability to recruit and train new Sales members for the Company’s Services products, improving their sales abilities and techniques
Excellent communication skills
Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire performance with sales teams
Proven track record of achieving sales growth and delivery of results to business plans
Bachelor or Professional qualifications and/or Master’s Degree in Sales and Marketing will be considered as an advantage
CySEC Advance or Basic Certificate will be considered an advantage
Fluency in English Language
